The role
Permanent Millwright opportunity in a food production / FMCG plant environment in Cape Town. This role requires hands-on electrical and mechanical maintenance, fault finding and troubleshooting. Food production experience is essential. Candidates must be Cape Town-based and available to work shifts.
Essential requirements
• Red Seal / trade-tested Millwright.
• N3–N6 technical qualification.
• 3–5 years’ Millwright experience.
• Proven food production / FMCG plant experience is essential.
• Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills.
• All-round maintenance and troubleshooting skills.
• Cape Town-based and available to work shifts.
Responsibilities
• Diagnose breakdowns and restore equipment safely.
• Carry out preventive maintenance, repairs and installations.
• Read technical drawings and machine manuals.
• Minimise downtime and work effectively with the team.
